  • The first step is to book a complimentary consultation. In the meeting, we get to understand your situation, needs and goals. We will also understand and discuss your need for ongoing support and advice.

With your permission, we will then do some background research on your financial situation before outlining our proposed strategic and investment recommendations in a second, complementary meeting. We will outline how we can assist to achieve your financial goals and how you will be better off and have peace of mind. If our preliminary research suggests that your goals may be too ambitious, we will let you know and discuss alternatives.

Once you agree, we will send you a Letter of Engagement, that clearly states the scope and cost advice, for your approval. We will then complete a Statement of Advice (SOA), which provides detail on each of our recommendations, the alternatives that we considered and relevant financial projections. We will present our recommendation in a jargon free, simple-to-understand manner in the third meeting and obtain your feedback. Once you are completely understood and satisfied with the recommendations, we will then help you with all paperwork associated with the implementation of advice.

As part of our ongoing service, we will reach out to you on regular intervals to update you on the progress of your plan, changes to investment markets and regulatory environment and understand if there are any changes to your circumstances. If required, we will make changes to our recommendations to reflect such changes.
